Share your thoughts on how we are performing. The Chatham Islands Council is once again running its residents and ratepayers’ satisfaction survey and we want to hear from you!
We undertake a residents and rate-payers survey every year to help us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve. Your open and honest feedback is so important to Council, as the results of the survey tell us how we are performing against our targets set out in the Long-Term Plan(external link) and Annual Plan(external link) and plays a critical role in us being able to deliver the best possible facilities and services for our community.
The survey is designed to take 5–10 minutes to complete and closes on Monday 10 August. All information provided is confidential.
If you or anyone in your household is an elected or staff member of the Chatham Islands Council – please do not continue with the survey.
Do the survey online now(external link) or drop in your completed hard copy to the Council office.
Thanks in advance for your support and for the time you spend completing this survey.
