Fees and Charges will increase in-line with inflation, except where they are determined by Government or By-law.
Increase in rate of GST
The central government budget included an increase in GST from 12.5% to 15% from 1 October 2010. As a result, fees and charges increased from 1 October 2010 for the increase in GST. Figures are shown including GST at 15% from 1 October 2010 onwards.
